Miracle Mondays, what a name! I remember when I heard the Lord speak it into my heart. I said “Lord, if I call it Miracle Mondays, people are going to come and expect miracles.” His response surprised me as He went “DUHHH!!” and it sounded like my 16 year old daughter. He said if we would put our emphasis on worship and then lay hands on anyone who wanted prayer, He would show up and heal them in body, soul, and spirit. So it is with me and God. We talk and I try to be obedient. One month later on the first Monday in July 2001, we began Miracle Mondays. We originally scheduled it for the four Mondays in July, however my Pastor at the time encouraged me to not automatically end it then but to be open to the Lord extending the meetings. Almost every week since then there has been a gathering of Miracle Mondays.

 I am so thankful that Holy Spirit shows up every week. For me it is all about surrender. We have found that even though we usually have live worship, there is no difference in the anointing when we use cd’s. It seems that no matter what combination of Ministry Team members we go with, the anointing remains the same. We’ve changed facilities, start times, seating configurations, even lead speakers, and still He shows up and transforms lives. When we yield to Holy Spirit, He comes and ministers to everyone in His very purposeful way.
